Kinmen Airport, with its south connecting Liao-lo Bay and its northeast Kinmen Environment Preservation Park, is located at the central northern part of the island. The dimension of the airport totals approximately 240,000 square meters. The whole area spreads over two townships — Jinghoo and Jingling, and a highway leads from the airport to two townships--- Jinghoo and Jingchen.
