Reservation and Cancellation
Please make a reservation to avoid delaying
travel plans.
After making a reservation, obtain a
computer code which usually consists of a
mix of six English letters and numerals.
This code is for confirming date, flight
number, departure time, departure airport,
arrival destination, and passenger name. For
international travel, the passenger name in
English must be the same as that in the
passport. Contact telephone number is
required for the airline to notify
passengers of flight schedule changes.
Tickets must be purchased before the
deadline of reservation, and then your
reservation should be reconfirmed with your
computer code number. Reconfirmation of
reservation is required for international
flights no less than 72 hours before the
departure date. Failure to do so may result
in cancellation of the reservation without
notice.
Whenever making a reservation regarding
infants or children, you must state their
birthday so that some operations may be
done.
Please call if you cancel the trip, in order
to protect other customers' rights.
Reservations from some airlines have some
limitations. Please contact the airline as
early as possible. |

uninjured survivors, compensation will be
made in accordance with actual damage, but
no more than NT$ 1.5 million. Higher

present proof of larger damage may apply for
higher compensation with proper documentary
verification. (Please refer to "Aviation
Compensation Law", March 27, 1999
Amendment.)
